By accessing or using WAID services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
WAID provides Shadow AI discovery and monitoring services for Australian small businesses. Our services include AI tool detection, compliance evidence generation, and policy implementation support.
You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful authority to install monitoring software on devices you control. You must inform employees about monitoring in accordance with applicable workplace surveillance laws.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are charged once at the commencement of service. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
WAID provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, we will provide an export of your data and delete our copies within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
